项目位于江岸区黎黄陂路——汉口历史风貌区的组成部分，各色欧式建筑林立于此。此处经营大多为贴近年轻生活的日咖夜酒，历史的厚重与现代的松弛相交融。在尽可能保留住场地内外原始空间形态的情况下，将轻松舒适的就餐环境置入其中，YOUNG团队选择将这种感觉延续，也契合项目主理人将茶融入火锅的尝试。

The project is located on Lihuangpi Road, Jiang’an District, which is part of the Hankou Historical District and is dotted with various European-style buildings. Most of the businesses here are daytime coffee shops and nightlife bars that are close to the lives of young people. The weight of history blends with the relaxation of modern times. While preserving the original spatial form inside and outside the venue as much as possible, a relaxed and comfortable dining environment is placed in it. The YOUNG team chose to continue this feeling, which is also in line with the project manager’s attempt to integrate tea into hot pot.

入口金属雨棚，结合内退空间为等位食客及路过旅人提供休憩空间，延续着整条街的松弛感。复古机械感的传动装置，并非只是配合金属雨棚的装饰而已，可通过手轮的转动带动齿轮，进而将雨棚下翻，满足不同时段的使用需求。

The metal canopy at the entrance, combined with the retreat space, provides a resting space for diners waiting for a table and passers-by, continuing the relaxed feeling of the entire street. The transmission device with a retro mechanical feel is not just a decoration for the metal awning. It can drive the gears through the rotation of the handwheel, and then flip the awning down to meet the needs of use at different times.

楼梯作为连接整个室内空间的纵向交通枢纽，YOUNG团队选择将其横向拉伸，弯曲，形成悬浮在中庭的空中连廊，满足基本交通功能的同时，丰富室内的纵向互动。YOUNG团队希望在调动食客味觉，嗅觉与视觉的同时，调动触觉去贴近空间，感受空间。

The staircase is a vertical transportation hub connecting the entire interior space. The YOUNG team chose to stretch and bend it horizontally to form an aerial corridor suspended in the atrium. While meeting basic traffic functions, it also enriches the vertical interaction indoors. YOUNG team hopes to stimulate diners’ sense of taste, smell and vision while stimulating their sense of touch to get close to and feel the space.

由于场地空间历史久远，期间也历经多次经营类型变动，YOUNG团队选择对现有结构、墙体和地面进行部分加固及修缮。铲除天花木结构的多余喷漆，修复或替换已损坏的木梁，保证结构安全的同时，还原其本真滋味。

Due to the long history of the site and the fact that it has undergone many changes in business types, the YOUNG team partially reinforced and repaired the existing structure, walls and floors. Remove excess paint from the ceiling wood structure, repair and replace damaged wooden beams to ensure structural safety while restoring its original flavor.

近代的历史赋予空间设计以外壳，武汉近代历史的发展过程中，钢铁工业的发展是其不可或缺的部分，YOUNG团队希望可以将其结合融入设计并在空间内部给予回应，使空间内部更具互动性。基于个中考虑特邀十二平方制造参与，亦如茶香与火锅的碰撞，多版方案沟通及团队思维碰撞后，完成了点睛的飞鸟及金属雨棚等装置。飞鸟振翅，茶香四溢，食客们可全身心投入到珍馐之中。

Modern history gives space design a shell,the development of the steel industry is an indispensable part of Wuhan’s modern history. YOUNG team hopes to integrate it into the design and respond to it within the space to make the space more interactive. Based on these considerations, YOUNG team invited 12 Square to participate. Just like the collision of tea and hot pot, after multiple versions of the plan communication and team thinking collision, the finishing touch of the flying bird and metal canopy installations were completed. Birds flutter their wings and the aroma of tea overflows, allowing diners to immerse themselves in the delicacies.
