The PARQ is a mixed-use project uniquely located on Rama IV (Rama IV Road) near Yakiti Park in Bangkok, opposite Shma's other project FYI Center. The project will be guided by a landscape design concept that will create an "urban forest" and promote a work-life balance in the future lifestyle. Guided by a landscape design concept, the design extends the greenery of the nearby park to the project site. At the same time, it defines different uses for employees and visitors, creating an ideal microclimate and connecting the city's green corridors on a larger scale. Overall, ParQ has a relaxed and lush living space, with a first floor landscape that blends seamlessly into the environment, pedestrian and bicycle access to the site, as well as easy connections to the subway station. Through the redesign of green environments like the forest space, people are guided and encouraged to use the outdoor space to work, play and stay healthy. A new and high quality of urban life is here.

森林空间从西部的山地地形开始，创造了一系列地貌，并种植了各种密集的植物，这里集成了雨水花园，雨水被保留进一步再利用。在这里，人们可以忙里偷闲过来休息。

The forest space starts from the mountainous terrain in the west, creating a series of landforms with a variety of dense plantings, where rain gardens are integrated and rainwater is retained for further reuse. Here, people can take a break from their busy schedules and come to rest.

首层北入口消防通道

上到三楼，这里变成一个更湿润和宁静的环境，宜人的水景周围，生长着热带和水生植物，在工作时间，人们可以出来休息，集合，闲逛，甚至举行一些户外会议。同时，露台上还有一个小型城市农场，提高了城市生活的幸福指数。

Up to the third floor, it becomes a more humid and tranquil environment with a pleasant water feature surrounded by tropical and aquatic plants, where people can come out to rest, gather, hang out, and even hold some outdoor meetings during working hours. At the same time, the terrace has a small urban farm that enhances the happiness of urban life.

城市森林这个概念带出了以干溪为主的中庭空间，这是一个多功能的活动聚集空间。当小溪继续向东流去时，那里像一片草地，变得越来越开阔，周围的地形和移植的树木包围着，溪流若隐若现。

Roof Garden

The concept of urban forest brings out the atrium space dominated by the dry creek, which is a multi-functional activity gathering space. As the creek continues to flow eastward, it resembles a meadow that becomes increasingly open, surrounded by topography and transplanted trees, with the creek hidden from view.

节日期间，这个广场还可以用于露天活动，沿着场地的边缘，穿梭于高大茂密的树木之间，设计有蜿蜒曲折的特色墙，从视觉上优化了道路和森林环境。

During the festival, this plaza can also be used for open-air events, weaving along the edge of the site between tall, dense trees and designed with a meandering feature wall that visually optimizes the path and forest environment.
