Healthy and Energetic Nordic Style

We have fused the interior with elements inspired by healthy and energetic Nordic styles and created a brand-new space for enjoyment. When entering the entrance, you are immediately impressed by the giant threedimensional “NOVO LAND” logo with contrasting neon pink and blue. Colorful cocoonshaped “flowers” bloom on stems made of wood. Walking further in, you can find a unique digital “secret forest” inspired by Northern Europe. There is also a sculpture of greenery created by ONE PLUS. All of this gives a different experience of the space.

There are two theatres in NOVO LAND, one with a circular screen and the other with a hologram, where people can watch scenes of healthy and vibrant Nordic style life. The three-dimensional hollow wall signifies people that they are stepping into another new area. With the hand-made carpet in geometrical patterns created by us, the space shows a young, dynamic and energetic look.

The clubhouse area of the sales office is designed to showcase the features of NOVO LAND. In order to give people an immersive experience of the clubhouse facilities, we have given this area some new and interesting elements. Bicycles, washing machines, luggage, toolboxes and vegetable vending machine are presented in the form of physical wooden sculptures, so that people who come to visit can intuitively know that they can rent these items or buy vegetable if they live here.

At the end of the sales gallery, there is a small “shopping mall” with florist, gym, supermarket and display space, as well as a model display area, showcase in the best possible way that we have designed with care and attention to detail. We adopted a brand-new and artistic approach to express the natural feeling that is highly recommended by Nordic lifestyle. The newly designed plants, forests and walls all turn the traditional thinking on its head.
