“随遇而安因树为屋, 会心不远开门见山”。久居城市的人们内心深处，总是渴望一次山林的回归，一次远离尘嚣的探寻。是时候，寻一方自然天地，找回内心深处对自然的向往，对灵魂深处隐逸理想的遣怀。

初识场地，如何让设计与其产生有机互动，继而成为一处长久的艺术美学胜地成为我们主要考虑的问题。同时，场地内部地势高差较大也为整体设计增加了难度，但相对有利的是，丰富的空间形态也使得我们对场地多维度的延展有了可变性，我们希望借此地缘特色在设计肌理之上拓展出一处深山秘境。

由此，借助高差地势，尊重场所精神，洞悉居者所需基础之上，以“深山寻馆”为设计主题，提取自然“崖”之势，松之“劲”，谷之“幽”，水之“谧“，馆之“盈”自然美学基调，串联起闻涧、寻松、探谷、访潭、戏林、归馆六大空间故事脉络，层层递进，将亭台楼阁、高山流水运用现代自然手法演绎展现，写意出一处远离尘嚣的玺越“生活美学馆”秘居。

闻涧*悬崖飞瀑

作为城市展厅功能

为了凸显城市界面的整体强昭示性与良好互动性

我们利用2M水幕与水景高差跌落

打造成一幅动态流水音乐水幕

立体生态，飞涧急流

增加观者的视觉记忆并由此产生

”闻涧引而观“的自然心里引导

细腻雕琢粗犷，残缺勾勒圆满

由此开启闻溪探谷之行

门楼两侧矮墙与植物搭配围合而成

“天圆地方”轴线空间

蕴含独特的东方文化与空间意识

中间迎客松仿照壁功能

营造出幽雅玄秘、清净包容之神韵

于此

一切设计语言化繁为简，溯源本真

勾勒出一处与外围隔离

匠心坦诚、纯粹和谐的心之尘境

透过光线与墙体的交错、渗透、折射、流转

窥探出一种洞察本质、万象和谐的美学意象

点点星灯，松影隐现

刚柔并济间，感性与理性

营造出朦胧虚幻的异世意境

眼前的景象仿若演变为“世界的一部分”

奇松百态瞬间幻化为人形

迸发出强烈的生命诗意，循迹而行

踽踽而行，探谷幽径

光辉半掩，步入庭院

宛若游走于俳谐连歌的画幅之中

红梅会客对景艺术片岩写意的山泉流水

Walk alone, explore the valley

以镜水为纸，以松石为绘

陌上溪行，访潭而至

松木青翠，错落有致

水波、山石、天幕相依相衬

造就空濛山色，东方意美

戏林*伴林游憩

行走于下沉庭院与停车场之间的林间夹道

通过透明的玻璃与树梢

闲暇之余漫步在树林草丛之间

尽头处、转身间、角落里皆是清逸自然

谈笑皆是风雅云间，回味都是林间清幽腔调

#匠心营造 森活美学

Ingenious creation, forest living aesthetics

“咫尺之间玺樾秀，细节之处显匠心”。在景观打造中常说所见即所得，而真正的所见即所得，是每个空间的反复推敲，是专业之间的不断互动，是对于细节肌理的再三思量。

松不单是场地营造的佳品，更是团队的匠心所营。甲方多次勘探泰山，“千里寻松”，只为找到最适合场地形态的松形，设计师配合模型推敲，施工现场甲方设计团队精准种植落地，做到一草一木皆是诗，一石一松总关情。从深化排版，材料选控、材料封样定样到铝板无缝施工工艺推敲等环节甲方营造团队都躬行亲为，现场全力配合，一一实现设计效果，只为一景一境塑玺越栖居。

一个优秀项目的落地，除了需要顶尖的设计者，引人瞩目的方案创意外，也离不开多方的协作支持、精细的施工研磨。设计团队与甲方团队无数次的方案碰撞、推敲，及施工过程中甲方团队对于施工工艺和落地效果的坚持与不让步，才有了如今的”深山寻馆秘境“，初心不改，匠心营造，丰盈森活美学。
