以岳麓文化为思考挖掘其场地基因，将建筑、景观、室内相互渗透高度融台塑造多元场景化的生活方式，把居住场所转化为情感空间，创造一种和自然同频的归家场景。让它的“在地性”和“价值感”是由内而外的传递到项目的各个维度，给人带来沉浸式的高定体验。向外车水马龙，向内宁静舒适，警华与静谧共享，人与自然之间得到平衡，生活的序章以一种充满仪式感的方式拉开。
